Heh cool to see it. Not the conventional TEC cascade, but possibly more efficient as it solves the classic issue of surface area.

He's got the captions wrong.. First one stock loaded, second one is idle, third picture is 4.8ghz loaded.

I would try this with my new Quad TEC DD, but I cant imagine the amount of TEC's I would need to cool this rather than use rads as I live in West Canada and ambient is 10-20c or just use the AC and cool the room itself.

Nah.. the quad is pretty beast especially the way you have it setup with 16v.. It should rock.. Give us some benchies please smile.gif

Waiting on parts.

Im planning on 5 triple rads, i7 3770k, Maximus V Extreme and Indigo Extreme TIM for my CPU setup.

When I get it though I will give the full bench treatment. Might even buy a waterblock for comparison sake.

Depends what delta you were lookin' for biggrin.gif

If you wanted a 20°C Delta, About 4 of the 62mm 400Qmax TECs at 12V would do. That would put you at just under 1200W (4x62mm + Quad DD)
