Yikes....crazy volts and temps for that clock speed.

SB-E IHSs are pretty uneven compared to smaller CPUs from what I've seen. Temp differences between cores are also pretty bit.

Remount, get the CPU back to speeds where it doesn't throttle and prime it again.

Well I think it's really up to you, I haven't seen a 3930K that was so uneven that it made OCing much harder than it was supposed to be. They're all somewhat uneven and you will get differences between the cores no matter what you do because of the positioning of the cores on the die. But if you want to claim the OC warranty, just go for it, that's what it's for but afaik you can only claim it once.

I still think it might just be a mounting / tim spread problem. How many times have you remounted? Are you sure enough pressure is being applied to the CPU?

There's supposed to be bowing on the block, it was designed for non flat IHS's.

It's HIGHLY unlikely your block is any different from other H100s. They're all CNC milled blocks, with all the same parts inside.


You should definitely do a remount though as others have suggested, and post a screen shot of how your paste spread.

I would definitely take a razor to it or at least glass and see where the irregularities are....whether they are the block or IHS.
