I decided to email them and see what's is their response. And I got pretty standard, "We don't care, it is our policy response."

The GX series is the next step up from the Real Power Pro series. The GX series, like the Real Power Pro series and non-modular power supplies. The Silent Pro series are all modular units.
Well since GX units are cheap pos PSUs (read multiple sources and compared different models of the series) that is no where near old Real Power Pro units, they just lost a loyal customer (at least for PSUs which are mostly overpriced units anyway. If only I knew that few years ago when first bought their psu).
Did anybody here has an experience with Cooler Master RMA? I am just interested how they proceed generally. From what I have heard they send I/O panels for the cases without requesting old ones back, and generally provide terrific service for their cases.
