Whats funny too, it their RMA department is down the street from their headquarters. My opinion would be to go else where. They clearly have alot of internal problem and I dont just mean in the RMA dept either. If anyone wants to hear about that issue or 2, PM me.
I should agree about other problems.
Their system is not automated. I have to bug cs everytime to get my tracking number, RMA approval and so on.
Back in February when I bought CM Storm Quick Fire Rapid from CM Store USA, it was exactly the same story. Fedex delivered the package before I got my tracking number lol (and even notification that it was shipped).
EVGA guys were the best from my experience. Corsair also solved my RAM problem in two weeks (the RAM was shipped all the way from Taiwan!).
Logitech did even better job by upgrading G9 to G9x, and providing free return label without me requesting one.
Cooler Master support, on the other hand, wants to help as far as I can tell, but either due to internal problems or something else the reps are not able to do what they promise
