How do I get video files from my computer to my playstation 3?

And is there any way I can hide some of those files from someone besides me using my ps3... think about it.

My brother uses a thumb drive. I barely ever touch it so I don't know if theres a better way or your second question.

Thumb drive. Private. Portable. I love it... although I do use it for school too.

WHen you pop it in the PS3 it will show it as empty until you click TRIANGLE and select Display ALL. If someone pops it into a PC though your kind of boned.... ALSO it must be formatted as FAT32

Plug it in to your computer. Right click on it and select format. Pretty simple!

In Windows there will be a drop-down menu inside the popup that opens when you select format in the right-click menu for the disk.
The drop down menu may default to NTFS, other options like exFAT, FAT, and FAT32 may also be in the menu.
That is where you select the proper partition type.
