Hopefully they reverse the dumb down trend in the series. Too much emphasis on facial detail and the like and not enough on making the game an epic empire builder in Shogun 2. The battle sequence graphics keep getting better, but they keep watering down the strategy portion.

but im a huge fan of the series and will definitely be getting this.

Vanilla was, but the mods of Rome: Total War were simply superior. Europa Barbarorum over any MTW:2 mod.

Medieval II was freaking great, it beat Rome vanilla but not it's mods.

Except Third Age Total War! Heck it's brilliant smile.gif My heart was always in Rome though, my most studied area of history, and the game I was most involved with in modding. It brought me into the modding scene, and the gaming scene! Heck I might get back into modding, hopefuly time is kind!

Has anybody seen this saucy trailer yet?

These live action trailers seem to be the 'in' thing now. This one is pretty good to most I've seen! The acting isn't bad at all and it isn't overly cheesy!
