opinoin on fastest transfer method USB 3.0 vs eSATA (HDD SATA 6.0GB)

Thread Starter
I recently bought a new laptop, its hard drives are in RAID 0 (2x 500GB drives), I am buying a dedicated drive to maintain a back up image of my laptop and wondered if you guys and gals would share your opinion on the transfer method I should make my number one choice.

Thank you.
Chris

ESATA has a max transfer of: 600MB
USB 3.0 has a max transfer of: 480MB

I would say ESATA.

that was my thinking as well, you think it should be a safe bet that when restoring laptop from an image, the driver for the esata should take care of itself..
