Based on the information you've put up so far here's what I think. For your CPU, the 3570k is ok but if you want to do anything CPU intensive or very multithreaded go with a 3770k. The motherboard you currently have picked out uses the h77 chipset, that does not allow any overclocking and is built to utilize only the IGPU in it's standard configuration, z77 boards support a new version of virtu that can utilize the IGPU and a discrete gpu, stick with Asus. The video cards your looking at are really quite under-powered, a gtx 480 can blow them out of the water, and why do you need two video cards if you just sold your gaming rig? Anyhow, I'd suggest looking into a SINGLE card to use, sli and crossfire configurations are never as stable as a single card. I'd suggest an EVGA GTX 670 (non ftw or SC, your just paying for a small factory overclock), or a Radeon HD 7970. If you really don't need too much graphics power then go with a GTX 660. The HAF-x is a massive case, you really don't need that. Just look for a normal ish sized ATX mid tower case.
The build looks good, but you have to base your part selection on what your going to be using the PC for.

Hi chmodlabs,
Thanks for reading
...Here´s a updated list of parts I´m getting:
CPU: I5-3570K
Motherboard: Still Looking/Checking.. I will be passing by some stores in a day and look for the ones you mentioned, will take all the info I can and post here all they have so you guys tell me whats the best. If I can´t find any I´ll probably order from the uk.
GPU : AMD 7870/7950 (I´ll only go for the GTX 560 FTW+ If the store near me does a 20% discount that they said they do for me, if not I´ll go with the 7870 or the 7950 (Thanks Tompsonn ))
Case: Haf X now I will probably check that NZxt Phantom 410 again
PSU: Corsair 750W
Do you think the Nzxt phantom 410 is big enough?
Also I´m not doubting that the gtx 670/660 not even the Radeon 7970 are great cards, but my budget is not big enough to go to those high end cards, and yes sli card have some stuttering on some games but the rig I sold had 2x gtx 550 ti (overclocked) and it ran crysis in extreme at a solid 60 fps, which is pretty acceptable for two 112€ cards. Again I´m a noob lool
so I´m not saying that the 560 is not under powered compared to higher nvidia cards but for a normal user it´s generaly more than enought. Thanks for the SC FTW info, I was thinking what was that, if I go for a nvidia card I´ll follow your advice and not get a ftw or any of those light overclocked cards.
Many thanks for the reply
