I got this card at a computer store liquidation today..it's a 6600gt but the heatsink and fan kinda rock back and forth easily. Is this normal and should I remove it and clean it then apply as5??

After looking it seemed easy to get apart so here's some before in between and afters...was very careful to apply a minimal amount and not get any as5 on any parts but the core..
