yh look at the new corsair fans, look beastly
ive just ordered some of the SP120 High performance fans so 2350rpm and 3.1mm static pressure
i went for the performance once ones since i have a fan controller to take them down
the corsair fans are also ver very cheap! i got a double pack for around £17.50 off Amazon and thats taking delivery into account. they perform really really good but are much cheaper than noctuas and scythes when bought in doubles.
i really recommend looking at this video, same as article listed abover as in same person:

i think they look really good, subtle but sharp at same time since they dont have LEDs, i have the NZXT red LED kit so dont really want anymore lighting, i personally like subtle lighting had bright befote with cathodes and i got fed up of it

ohh forgot about that, hope they bring out 140mm SP's like tiny tom said in the video

BINGO!!! Yeah I know about these corsair fans and have known for some weeks but the stats through me to the curb every time!. Sure 3.1mm H2O but only 60 CFM, ***!? These Akasa I've been eyeballing for sometime now have 3.12mm H2O and 110+ CFM. For only 15-17 bucks a pop it aint bad unless you can't get past the BRIGHT YELLOW (face palm), but at least they will be shoved up into the top of my case where no one can see it.

There's always the Akasa Apache. Slightly lower specs than the viper fans, but with less sound and they come in black.

lol I did mention that it would tucked away on the very top, lol. NZXT Switch 810. It's only 4 less dBa but 20 CFM less and .36mm less H20 SP. Over all I'd rather go with the vipers, they preform better and they cost a dollar less lol.

Have you checked the FPI on that rad first? Besides if it won't be visible I'd go with the vipers just for better SP and AF.

I love these suckers and am using 4 of them in my build.

 

The Feser Company - Triebwerk 55mm Optimized Radiator Fan Shroud 61CFM @ 21dB

 

Daz has them cheap at $20

 

I also have a couple Corsair SP120 Quite versions 1450 rpm @ 23dB and find them to be good fans as well.

 

Silence is golden and the main reason I moved to water cooling.
