If you're up for a windowed case, how about this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119240

You could fit a H100 in it later,if you want, but it would be a tight fit. Here, look at this:

EDIT:Best solution would be H80,it's much smaller than H100,but still a great cooler.Personally,if I had the upgrade cash atm, would consider slapping it on my 2600K...

And here's the list of cases from $75-$100,so have a look around, what you like the most:

Go for an SSD. Corsair's are fine. I just got the second one in my rig last week for $80 after MIR. They have a 120 Mushkin on sale at Newegg for $92 no rebates to deal with. Would be the best way to pep up your system- by far. If you are considering packing 16 GB of memory in your rig the best for the buck happening right now is the Samsung 30 nm. $50 for 8 GB. I got my first 8 for $40 at Fry's. You should be able to run it @ 1866 Mhz on that rig.

Currently have $140 saved. But if needed id save up if its more than what i have. What would be the biggest benefit for me to buy? also i video edit a lot and i plan on getting PD when it releases but is 16gb worth having? or should i just save $50 if its not really necessary.

That's a decent list. What do you do with this pc? Game, render, work.. what?

If its a gaming PC I recommend:
This cooler. It has amazing cooling ability and is cheap. I have one on my 955 BE running at 4.0Ghz 24/7. There is an Evo version of the 212+ but I don't know if its worth it or not.
This mouse. G400. Its cheap and solid. Has lots of nifty gaming feature's with out any gimik's. No weight system, plenty of button's to use for custom layout's/macro's and a solid sensor that track's great. Dirt cheap too.
This Mouse pad. Its been great for almost 2 years now. It was large enough that I cut mine in half and saved it for a back up pad. Track's great with all the mice I have used on it.
and This G.Skill RAM. its an 8 gig kit that only use's 2 DIMM's. you only need 8 for almost anything(gaming and such).

These item's would allow for further enjoyment of your gaming experience. You would be able to OC your system a little bit and not have to worry about temps. Having a solid mouse and pad is key IMO. It wont make you a "better player" but I have fighting cheap products while gaming. having a good tracking mouse with a few button's to play with is great. The RAM won't improve much, but its cheap and with that kit you won't need more RAM for a very long time. After this I would look into getting a more powerful GPU and a 1080p monitor. Acer sells very nice 1080p 23-24inch monitor's for about $150

With that list you can overclock your CPU allowing for better usage of your current hard ware.

Gaming and video rendering every once in a while (vegas, after effects) but im positive i want to go with the g9x. as for cases go i really want to go with either that 500r or a switch 410. or just stretch the budget a little and get a rv03.

also monitor i want to go with the korean monitor. do you guys think i should just save for a korean monitor as the first thing just so i dont have to worry about one again?

You want a 1440p Korean monitor?
Well,I wouldn't do it.Your card would start having issues in many games on the native resolution,in more demanding games, you will need to heavily tone down the graphical settings to keep the stable and playable framerate...

not going to game in that resolution. would change it to 1080 while gaming and just browsing / editing / movies for the 1440p.

The SSD would be the very first thing that id upgrade. It will give you the most notable performance increase, as far as everyday use. It wont do anything for you if your trying to benchmark, or play games really, but as far as booting up and program response, you cant get any better.

It will feel almost like you are thinking of your clicks and they are automatically happening. Every time you click on something, it will just open. No spinning wheels or waiting times

Well, games do lose a part of their visual quality if not played on monitor's native resolution, but since you'd be playing in 1080p,I guess the drop wouldn't be too noticeable...
If 1440p matters to you a lot, then sure,go for it...
