I have 2 x Asus Direct CU II GTX 670's in SLI and the following temps with a really aggressive fan curve:

Top GPU: 28c Idle 75c load
Bottom GPU: 26c idle, 60c load

Im a little worried about my top GPU, in Valley 1.0 or Far Cry 3 it gets quite warm (75c) and im a little worried. This is at 100% fan speed too.

Should i be worried about 75c on my top card? They have a mild overclock of +50 core, +100mhz memory

They seem to both run at 1.175v no matter what voltage i set.

I added a side mesh panel and a single AP-15 fan now my top card only gets to 69c but its noisy. If mid - high 70's isn't anything to worry about , im tempted to make my fan profile less aggressive so that i can reduce the noise a little.

Asus DC2 modded bios 1385core/1856memory @1.212v
Ambient 23-25
Idle 34-36
Heaven 4 max load 66-69
Aggressive fan profile 40%@35-100%@65

DC2 cooler is good, its quiet at sub 65% and keeps the card temperatures under control but with my clocks it is constantly running at 75%+ which was becoming too loud for my liking so I went WC which gave the following results at same clocks

Idle 30-33
H4 max load 50-52

now completely silent, just the way I like smile.gif

Forgot to mention
With stock clocks and same fan profile
Idle 32-33
H4 max load 63-65

Asus 670 DC2 at stock:

Idle: 28C
Load:59C

I still think I can get better temps. Instead of making a window side panel, would adding an exhaust fan to the side help since the card exhausts heat in the case?

75C is a good temperature for a top card in an SLI configuration, remember these cards are good to go until 98C. smile.gif You have lots of headroom there.

But, Kepler cards start throttling at 70C, so if you can keep it under 70C, your clocks will stay stable. It's not a major throttle at 70C, only -13 MHz on the core.
