Sound from only 1 of my 5 speakers?

Hello

Ive recently hooked up my computer to my stereo using an optical cable and I set the default sound device to the "realtek digital output." Now I am getting sound from only one of my five speakers? All of the other speakers are fully operational, as they work on devices other than my computer. Help?

In the playback tab of the sound options, right click the output for your speakers, and click the button for speaker configuration setup, and set it up for 5.1

Ctrl Panel>Hardware and Sound>Sound>Playback> Right click speaker output> Configure Speakers> setup for 5.1

What receiver and what mode is it on? Some modes will pass the sound through to different speakers

harman/kardon AVR 154 i believe, and its on hdmi 3/optical 1 (i have an optical cable from the pc to the stereo)

I messed around with the settings on my stereo and i now have 2 of the 5 speakers working. If u look at the picture below, youll see that I can only select dual channel speakers..why cant i select five?
