GTX_480_1.5GB_w/ 2 * 500W PSU?

hey, i was wondering if i could get a 480 to work with 2x500Ws coolmaster PSU, i tried with one it didnt work.

**SPECS**
5 HDDs 2TB total, P43 MB, E7200, DVD-rom, 4GB ram 667MHz, toshiba FDD.


so, can it work with 2 PSU? how be done(cables/connectors)? will it be safe for the card and rest of PC?

edit: or i can get 650W cool master power plus and pay little difference

I wouldn't do it. The 500W may not have enough Amperage on the 12V line even though it is another '500W' since the PSU splits the power for the different rails.
It should however work with one 500W if you don't overclock anything.
If not, I would sell both and get a decent 600W power supply.

thanks, i can only find @ computer shop the following: 500 coolmaster , 850W corsair pro 80+ , 1200W corsair pro 80+, nothing in between.

ill get the 850W no other choice if i want the card to work.

it says 190USD ill have to pay 190USD T-T

He has to have more than 3 options. An AX850 is huge overkill for one gtx480......

this is a used 500W a guy told me it should make the card work, i took picture of the specs of the PSU, only about 15 pounds or 25 usd.
what you think?
