System does not boot

Thread Starter
Hey folks. I put my system on standby last night. when I woke up this morning for work, I did my normal boot, and when I returned my system was lit up, but no apparent image. My mouse + Keyboard was not registering, which makes me belive it's something else.

My board is reading 00 on the mini readout thing. If I had time I'd try and figure it out.

What I plan to do is, reseat the GPU memory, and try again.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Just cleared it, still getting no picture or keyboard/mouse lightup.

Everything was running great last night. So no idea. I'm testing the GPU in a friends comp which I am using to type this.

Error code is 00 which is (not used)

I hear my drives firing up, and my cpu was working fine last night. I Prime95 tested and it hit 75c for a few minutes. But that should not have cooked it?

Last time I got an error code 00 with my Asus 1156 board, and my EVGA 750i. They were both dead. Any way to test the other components?

So I went ahead and borrowed my buddies tower.

Tested my CPU, GPU, and memory.

CPU - OK
GPU - OK
Memory - OK

Was not able to test the SSD. But when I put his working parts into mine. Still had the same issue.

So I"m working off the assumption it's a dead Mobo. So I'm gonna purchase another locally and hopefully that will fix the issue. If it's not a dead Mobo I'll just use that exchange to buy another SSD to install.

So it was in fact the Motherboard.

I went ahead and bought a Asus P8 Z77-V Pro. Figured if I was gonna buy another I'd go back to Asus and get another good good. I like it so far.

Also bought a Samsung 830 128GB SSD for $100 on sale.haha!

Figured it was that, usually when a motherboard shows the 00 either it needs a cmos clear, or it's dead, from my experiences.
