My parents PSU recently died. I had an extra corsair TX650w and everything works fine when I plug that in but it's a little bit of a waste and on the overkill side. All it needs to power is a Core 2 duo with on board graphics and a single HDD + dvd drive. It would probably run on a 150w 
but if they are going to buy one I would try to talk them into a 300w so they could eventually ad a cheap GPU (we're talking GTX 520 or similar)
If anyone can recommend a decent brand for low power PSUs, I would appreciated it. Should I even worry about being 80+ certified at this small power range? ... Cheap is somewhat key here. I need something that will work well but it doesn't need to offer a lot of juice.
