I have a old Western Digital 8GIG IDE drive loaded with all my music..

When i set it up it seems my BIOS isn't detecting it..
I have it setup correctly , what do i do?

Make sure you jumpers are set correctly. Either both hard drives on cable select. Or one on master and one on slave. The jumper setting is usually on the hard drive you'll have to check because its different for a lot of hard drives. If your jumpers are set correctly, I have no idea on anything else that would be wrong. If they are set correctly unplug the hard drives and reconnect everything.

Apart from the Jumper settings make sure that the IDE and Power from the PSU are securly into the back of the HDD. Also try using another IDE cable as your current one may be causing the problem. If this doesnt work reccomend you try that HDD in another machine for a test as it could have died.
