Hey OCN,
Last night I was playing BF3 and I heard a sizzle like sound and a burning smell coming from my PC. Before I turned it back on I made sure all the connectors on the motherboard wernt burnt or melted. I took the CPU out and had no smell of burning. It smells like its coming from the 8 or 4 pin ATX cable but after I put my rig back together and such it works fine. It's clocked at 4.5GHz and has been priming for 3 hours now and before that I was playing BF3.
I also checked to see if any capacitors had blown but everything seems to be in working order. It still smells like smoke is coming from it or it could just be it lingering around.
Should I RMA the board even though it seems to be fine?
Any suggestions would be very helpful!
Thanks
