Help overclocking i7-860 - Page 2

A 350W power supply is definitely not enough for any amount of overclocking. You need to upgrade to at least a 550W for any hopes of stability.

You need a bigger psu. No need to be skimpy. If you but a 750w or so it can tackle ant realistic future upgrades.

Sorry is misstyped. It's a 530W.

But I'm thinking to upgrade my PC to a

ASUS Sabertooth Z77 Motherboard with a i7-3770K processor and a 750W OCZ Fatal1ty
Would this be good to Overclock?

Just watch out for heat... that heatsink doesn't look to be the most stout of things. Otherwise, you should be good to go with that new setup.

Yea I know. So I'm also upgrading my case to a HAF 932 for a better airflow and with the corsair H100 I hope it will be enough.
