AMD Vision Engine Control Center screwed up my monitor, help please?

Thread Starter
Hello, so I was about to change my screen resolution using the Vision Engine Control Center and I decided to uncheck "Composite Sync" or whatever (forgot what it said) just to see what it does to my screen and then my screen looked like this.

This happened immediately after I unchecked "Composite sync". So I restarted my computer, the screen was fine until the screen went to the "Welcome" screen of windows and it showed the same exact screen.

What do I do?

Try booting up into safe mode and undoing any changes made.

Boot to safe mode and revert the change,

Typically pressing F8 during the booting process will take you to the boot menu where you can select Safe Mode.

I'm having a similar issue. I was using an HDMI cable to connect to my monitor. I had removed it to use elsewhere and had forgotten to put it back in place before booting my PC again. Without the HDMI cable in place, the Vision Engine reverted back to DVI for output. However, my monitor cannot support that resolution through the adapted VGA port. I did boot into safe mode but it won't let me into the Vision Engine while in safe mode to change the settings. I feel like I'm forgetting some trick here to get around this but I'm at a loss. Suggestions?
