It used to be called Cool Edit , but adobe bought the rights from syntrillium.
I like it for its ease of use, its set up just like a mixing board. And with the Waves platinum and gold bundles ( right about $2k in pluggins ) it does the job just fine. Ive have Pro tools le( for m-audio) , Sonar, Tascam gigastudio, Ableton Live ect. They all do the same thing basicaly. I just like the layout of Adobe audition.. I can record 16 tracks simultaneous into my pc, and mixdown 128 tracks at 96khz . What does lawl mean selectodud?
