Just bought a SanDisk Extreme USB 3.0 32GB ($50) and 16GB ($30). The drives appear to be running fairly cool. Certainly no worse than my other USB2 flash drives.
CrystalDiskMark Benches (connected to native USB3 controller on Intel DQ77KB motherboard):

Amazon also has the 64GB model (with sequential writes up to 155MB/s) but at ~$85, I'd rather sacrifice the small form factor and just get a 2.5" 120/128GB SSD + USB3 enclosure.
