Won't make that much of a differnce really, once you get past a certain point w/ TIMs the difference is between 1-2c at most usually.
My top 3x are as follows, but again it's up to you:
Indigo Xtreme
IC-7 Diamond
Shin-Etsu x23
Also you need to remember with that 212+ you're using more TIM than most need w/ a flat surface (as opposed to yours which is HDT - check out this guide if you haven't already)
That can affect cost significantly as you get into "higher-end" TIMs.

If you want to have some fun (and sweat a bullet the first time you get it started curing), try Indigo Extreme. It's fantastic, effective and not all that expensive considering you won't need to change your application for a very long time. I use it and I don't see going with any other product going forward (unless I'm working on someone else's PC.. then it's AS5 lol)

You're likely going to have to go with PC shops like FrozenCPU, Sidewinder Computers, Performance-PCs, Jab-Tech etc.
Can't hurt to check Amazon, eBay or even sites like NCIX, Newegg though.

I'd go with the PK-1, works very well even poor to moderate contact surfaces.
A example of poor contact surface would be my MSI 6970 Lightning, the heatsink does not have a flat smooth surface like you see on aftermarket CPU coolers. I had a idle temp of ~56°C and a max temp of ~78°C, when I applied PK-1 idle temps dropped to ~47°C and max temps dropped to ~65°C. That's almost a 15°C drop on max load temps.
