Screen Artifacts on ATI 6870

Hey Guys/Gals, I'll go Straight to my problem:

This is problem why I play games the desktop messes up, the right click brakes as seen on picture, sometimes random screen artifacts applier. Sometimes the game are fine but then bunch of artifacts out of no ware. I attempted to re install drivers several times, stable and beta one have been attempted. ATI Tool for finding artifacts returns nothing. Tempeture is around 70Max at load.

I wouldn't call those "artifacts"

That seems to be the windows interface bugging out more than anything.

Is it overclocked?

It may need an RMA if this is at stock clocks.

No Its not overclocked at all, default settings. Could be anything to do with DirectX or Driver issue?

No your card is dying. RMA it, but in the meantime does running your card at 100% fan speed prolong it from happening?

Screen Artifacts on ATI 6870
