Good cheap silent Mid tower - Page 2

I have an R4, it's fantastic but if it's a bit pricey Antec's P series is also very good. I think you can find them for a bit cheaper.
NZXT also makes one called the H2 I believe, and it's also marketed as a quiet case but all the reviews I've seen say it isn't as good as Fractal.

It's shown up like 3 times in the last 6 months... I have it its GREAT.

I had the define r3 as well. It has noise damper material in it. I was actually told that its the same stuff they put in your trunk to reduce vibration from sub woofers, however don't "quote me on that I have not confirmed it". But for a silent case that's really the best one I have owned. One thing to note you will want a side fan on the r3 so you can get airflow to your video cards. If you can find a sweet deal on it i say go for r3 but if your water cooling don't get it the rubber grommets fall out all the time and are a huge hassle.
The bottom 140mm intake fan can supply enough air to your GPU. I only have my side fan open because... my GPU's Antec 620 is exhausting air there tongue.gif

This, got one for my dad and he really enjoys it.

A little pricier but also a good looking case is the K56N. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112386

I also vote for fractal design define series. You wont find silence, build quality and price like that anywhere else and although the case doesn't look the best it doesn't look bad by any means.

Fractal define R3 or R4 +1

Great for silence and I actually love the look of them. I previously only really liked antec's P series till fractal came along with these.

The define r4 is on sale on newegg for $79.99 I think. Hands down your best bet if u jump on it fast. Build quality rivals cases that cost twice, maybe even 3x as much.

Edit: it's $89.99 but still the best deal smile.gif
