Nope. For 3 major reasons:

1: It's a Dell
2: It's a laptop
3: It's an Intel

Intel lasers anything they don't want you to have, Dell locks down everything they don't want you to have, and laptops don't have the cooling capacity for "upgrades" most of the time.

I realize this is a few months old but I felt it necessary to correct the previous response.

The only thing you CAN do with this laptop is upgrade the CPU to a Core 2 Duo t5600 or t7600, The cooling is sufficient to run these CPU's. A t5600 is basically the same as a t7600 without the VM hardware support. If you have no plans to run a hardware Virtual Machine, then go with the T5600. For a great price/performance combination, grab a T7200. You can get one for under $30 and you'll be amazed at the speed boost. You will need the latest DELL bios for it to recognize the CPU.
