This is useful in disaster struck areas like the Fukushima plant when the backup generations where wiped out by the tsunami. Fly a plane over the plant, instant power!

I love this idea. You could have all the inner panel space filled with spray on battery instead of wasted space between inner finnish and outer finish.it would rise the center of gravity tho

This is interesting! ....so, lets say we had one square meter of panel, with this new paint/battery applied to it, how many square meters of solar panel would be required to maintain a charge in it??

Ok, so would a 6 sqare meter solar panel, with 6 square meters of battery applied to the back of it, be enough to sustain 24/7 use of a low wattage pc, netbook, RPi etc...?
