You cannot mail order a CPU from Microcenter, they are in store only. They use the deals to get you in the store to sell you other stuff.

FYI, MC will give a $50 price reduction if you buy an i5-2500k with an H77 MOBO. Not for everyone...

My MC gave me $50 off any 1155 motherboard, regardless of chipset (H61, Z77, Z68) with the purchase of any i5 sandy/ivy bridge processor.

I mean not everyone would want an unlockable CPU with an H77 MOBO. I was ok since it is for an ITX build and saving $70 was more important than overclocking.
