I'm thinking maybe the guy I bought the card from had replaced the TIM with one that had a long burn in time. Because when I was at 1.16v, I was seeing temps in the mid 60's. Now I'm seeing mid 50's and I'm at 1.2v. If my room temperature dropped... it would have only been a couple of degrees.

Wow, that's really descent.  I'm seeing mid 50's on my hd6950 @ 1.2v and that's with a GPU block.

I ran it at 100% that time, maybe I remember wrong about the core temps. The VRM's were about 12C though.
