Yeah, as long as it is within the warranty date (2 years), they will take it!
I was also surprised the rep told me himself, when he was selling the warranty.

Also just one more question, you can lean the back right?
Is it a freemoving back or you have to adjust it/lock it in the position.

Yes you can lean back and it is freemoving with a lean tension adjustment.

Another way to put it: You can lean back as much as you want with the lock off. When you put the lock on, you are set at a certain angle and can lean back a little bit from there with more pressure.
