I'm SO sick of Apple and their litigations. It really makes me want to sell my iPad 3 for a Nexus 7 or perhaps the rumoured Nexus 10.

This is sad. Apple can't compete as their products lack value, so they ban all of the competition.
Most mainstream apple buyers don't understand what a monopoly is nor how bad it is for consumers.

Siri brings up Google search results when she can't find something, and usually Google actually steps in and uses its built in natural language processor to find the results Siri should have found in the first place.

Just two kids throwing rocks in the playground. Eventually, an adult will sit them down in a corner for time-out. We can hope.

The mobile phone is the shape it is for a reason; it's comfortable. Making drastic changes to sidestep copywrite infringement would likely produce a product that's insanely ugly, and just as uncomfortable to use as it is to look at.

Apple, Samsung, HTC, and every other company getting in on the broken system, needs to re-think what they're doing. It's border-lining on insanity tongue.gif They make padded rooms white, Apple's logo is white. I sense a disturbance.

I can't count on one hand how many times that exact same YouTube video is linked in an Apple-related case. Had to point it out.

Apple did NOT invent the tablet, phone or laptop. They created a design that is like the McDonalds "M" to the technology world. But they don't deserve patents they are being given, no matter how early they filed for them.
