http://en-taobao.com/ just fill out the quick order and you are all set. They charged me around 5% on top of the entire purchase and they have the cheapest shipping that i know so far. I hear a lot of horror stories about the taobao agents taking your money and not sending the items. With En taobao you will most likely get an email back from Lin, I have dealt with her 2 times already and received both of my items. They also take Paypal.
Edit: You can contact Lin by filling out your order and asking her about the differnce, she also found other items cheaper for me. She is very knowledgeable and will help you save some money or help you shed some light on your issue.
