What about what the other guy said about just enabling XMP? Will that set the speed to 2133?
First question : If u screw up its just gonna be unstable (i think) just reboot and then go back to bios and fix. I would suggest watching video first
Second Question : the RAM u have supports XMP so if u enable it, that will set the speed and timing right ( i think but probably right) I would suggest watching a video or possibly a screenshot of doing so
