I have some promedia 2.1 speakers and bass but would like something like a 4.1 or 5.1 system for gaming and such. Would be it possible to do that with what I have? I see people selling just the speakers on eBay fairly cheaply. Would the amp be able to power those extra speakers? I rarely ever run them at more than 50%.

Short answer no. Unless you got a whole other set, and run a splitter from the 3.5mm out.
