Alrighty! Time for another freebie, its been a while since the last one.
Here's the story, I got this drive to use as a boot drive from someone else who had been using it with no problems for over a year on a C2Q rig. Unfortunately, it doesn't want to play nice with my SB-E chipset. It works, but it does cause some SandForce related issues with the machine that I'm familiar with from using my Corsair ForceGT's on several SB machines (Occasional freezing, followed by the BIOS unable to detect the drive which clears up when you actually power down the system for a few minutes).
The firmware is out of date, and I can't be bothered to mess with the DOS prompt shenanigans to update it and solve the issue, so here it is. I'm 99.99% certain it would work flawlessly on any machine not SB/IB based with no update to the firmware.
