The game can't remember my weapon load outs?

So after a match or two I have to re-setup my weapon loadouts?

My crosshairs keeps disappearing on screen? I have to hit pause to bring it back.

Grenade launcher crosshair on screen when not using grenade launcher.

Random calculated fall damage. I can jump off a building and take little damage yet die jumping a small fence.

Spawning with no weapon. Spawning with gun pointed straight up in the air and can't correct it.

Randomly Spawning right in the middle of enemy fire. Random spawning on a claymore.

Random spawning into a knife in the back. (Don't use random spawn, watch a teammate when safe spawn on him.)

The flashlights are obviously supposed to be that bright.

Getting disconnected from EA online. Unable to connect to EA online. (But connected to PSN just fine.)

The voice chat cut outs still, even after they release a patch that fixes the voice chat.

I could keep going, instead there are too many other games that I want to play and I've moved on.

I rocked BF3 for awhile, many months, I think I gave it a fair chance. Really liked it at first.

Just to many bugs in the game the prevent it from being anything great in my eyes.

Update after patch later and still the same issues with the "core" or "base" of the game since launch.

They have fixed some things, I'm just surprised at all the stuff the haven't and lost faith they ever will.

I'm really not interested in buying more DLC for BF3 or anything else.

I originally bought this game for the PS3 with the intent to get it on the PC as well.

BF3 has to be the most bug riddled game I have played in recent memory on the PS3.

No way I was going to check out BF3 on the PC.

Did they ever even get working VOIP on the PC version of BF3?

The VOIP fix/patch on the PS3 version only fixed the chat 80%.

The VOIP on BF3 is still one of the worst for any game I've played on PS3 even after their fix.

Haven't missed this game since I've moved on.

Hopefully they will do something like they did in BF2, just release all the maps in a patch for free after so many years. I don't want to pay for maps/guns.

I am not very fond of EA but I have not got a single problem with BF3. As a matter of fact it is the first EA game that not given me a single problem. rolleyes.gif However there are few issues with the game. Firstly, lack of VOIP is a bit of letdown. Secondly, five man squad would work a bi better, Thirdly, the abundance of players with pathetic k/d is staggering. Why do people bother playing FPS games if they suck at it? That turns into frustration and then people resort to cheating. I think the game is just fine but there is room for improvement. I think DICE/EA wanted to create something between COD and CS and more or less they succeed in doing so.

Ironically, you'll also hear other people say the game caters for noobs and doesn't reward skilful players so take from that what you will.

Although I have to say, K/D really doesn't mean too much (or should I say as much?) in this game unless all you play is team death match does it?

I could have a 0.7 ratio in a match, but if I consistently detonate mcoms, revive a tonne of people or get my spawn beacon in a match deciding location, does it really matter?

Firstly, K/D in BF3 means very little. Sure it means you're killing people more than dying, but whether it's related to the objectives is another question entirely.

Why do people bother playing ANY game since they're going to suck at it at the beginning? You expect people to waltz into a brand new game and know exactly how to play and what to do, especially in a game as unforgiving to newbies as BF3? Really?

BF3 doesn't play like any other shooter (other than maybe BF2). People who are typically used to fast-paced shooters with small maps (e.g. TF2, CoD, Crysis 2, etc) and balanced gameplay (i.e. if you can kill me I can kill you) will get completely annihilated if they try to pull off the same playstyle in BF3, most often by vehicles or more experienced players. Battlefield is a snail-paced shooter which rewards patience, strategy and teamwork more than twitchy reflexes or aim. While in other games you can do perfectly well playing lone wolf, in BF3 the game literally slaps you for trying to play independently. You'll either be running out of ammo, or being powerless against vehicles, or be begging for soflams/medkit/revive, etc etc.
