No you're not. As the previous guy said, replace them with identical solid caps.

The board has been repaired, shiney new caps all around, I meant that I hope that I personally will last another 9 years....lol

I'm wary about buying from small distributer. There's too much counterfeiting going on now. Even the military is plagued with it (a scary thought). Why they need to save $5 on a part for a 50 million dollar fighter jet is beyond me.
