Not to argue, but the fashion in which you stated it necessitates a realistic answer (the question is loaded), there is not prefix that you are interested in the esoteric and highly academic explanation. I still find it interesting, so whatever, but the practical and realistic answer is that NO, it does NOT get heavier.
