So I just installed my H100 and when I powered it on, the fans spun very weak for 3 seconds and stopped and all whilst smoke coming out of the pump unit and a burning smell. I am on it right now, temps are idling around 45C but I think it's fine.
UPDATE:
For those you who can't seem to take 10 seconds to skim through the thread:
awesome guys at Corsair took care of me.
2nd Update:
unmounted the H100 block and packed it to ship and this is what Indigo extreme looked like formed onto the CPU.
Third Update:
Corsair sent me a brand new from RMA!
Fourth Update
So I think Corsair made a mistake and I ended up receiving a 2nd H100 the following day after receiving my H100.
