well with the stock bios the clock was 925 and v was 1050 and with this its 1000 and 1085 while its not a significant improvement in the exact clock and volt the fact the the voltage now maintains 1085 with no drops at all is the improvement and that is significant when the last vbios had the voltage jumping all over the place and it would cause the card to freeze up and crash and have all kinds of problems
NOTE: the kind of "all over the place" im talking about is the voltage would drop to 0850 and sometimes 0500 then the clock would drop with it then when the clock went back up it went before the voltage sometimes and im sure you can guess what happens when the clock hits 925 and the voltage is still at 0500
