1866MHz RAM for Sabertooth X79 board

Will this RAM work okay with this board? I need some low profile RAM to fit under my H80 cooler (since I have slots on both sides of the CPU socket.) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231550

Yes they will work, but won't Quad channel ram be better? I don't think they have to fit under the h80 as the h80 block doesn't touch the memory slots at all.
It's a computer.

And yes the RAM you suggested will work on that board but agreeing with jvkua quad channel will be a better pick with X79 platform.

I was planning on getting quad channel. I just chose this kit to just to ask if that model of RAM would be compatible with this mobo

edit: The quad channel kit is not available at the moment on newegg. Would it okay just to buy two dual-channel kits? I'm not too concerned about the little bit extra I would pay if it means me getting a good set of RAM

Yes that would work. There is no difference between 2x dual channel and quad channel kits. They are all the same DIMMs just packaged differently.
