Anyone play Tribes: Ascend?

Started this week and it's a pretty good time. Would kill to play with competent people though.

I feel like 90% of the playerbase has never played an FPS before or only play COD and have never heard of playing as a team.

I primarily play Technician or Infiltrator on CTF.

ive been playing it pretty regularly these last few days, switch between that an blacklight. both free thumb.gif

and i get what your saying. im no good at COD on the pc but tribes ascend and blacklight have been pretty good to me.

You can get it through Steam now which makes it all the more accessible! My only gripe is you can't join games through the Steam interface like you can with Valve games (TF2 in particular).

I got it 2 days ago after seeing it on steam, and all the reviews for it. Bought the $10 starter pack after an hour to show my support to the Devs and have been.playing regularly since, great fun smile.gif
