Appraisals: PS2 and some games

Thread Starter
Ok I am wondering what the value of the following is.

PS2 Slim, one controller, all cables, pristine shape, has about 8 hours of dvd watching on it.

PS2 orignal, one controller, all cables, pristine shape, has probably 200 hours on it.

PS2 games Final Fantasy X and X-2

PS1 game Final Fantasy 7, its the original box with misprint, 3 discs all in very good shape and playable, I am the only owner of this.

Just my opinion.

  1. PS2 Slim: $75-$80, Controller: $30, Cables: $10-$15.
  2. PS2 Org: $65-$70, Controller: $30, Cables: $10-$15.
  3. Not sure about the games.

well i tried trading in a slim ps2 w/ cables and controller and they lowballed me $15 so id guess $30-45 for all would be more accurate.

you can buy a ps2 fat for $40 and slim for $50 at gamestop, so that and id say $15-20 for the controllers, $10 for ffx and x-2. ff7, depending on which misprint you have, is $20-$120

A guy offered me $50 for the slim, controller, cables, and FFX....I am thinking thats just a bit low. I would really like to see $60-$65.

It's what you'd like to see, but it may not be what you can get. $50 seems reasonable for the slim. $65 shipped via UPS ground would be the target, not just $60-65 w/o shipping.

The PS2 games may get $10-15 a piece

FF7, dependent on which original could be up to $120.

Its the very first version of FF7, got it the month it came out. I am not even sure I want to sell it, but I really need some cash immediately.

The guy is local, but requires me to drive about 30 minutes each way to get to him. I know its hard to verify use, but my wife won this thing off a monopoly thing at mcdonalds years ago and we had long retired console gaming, so it saw a couple of kid movies for a few hours and otherwise is brand spanking new, not a refurb.
