looks to me like you have all the voltage settings on "Auto".... i have a very good feeling that you didn't set your Vcore to 1.6V. You may want to watch your temps when you go to load.

I set my Vcore to 1.575, and underload it never goes above 48 degrees that is well within specs

Dang sweet OC you have going so far
Some little things to consider.
1. many 939 have a voltage sweet spot and if the CPU is rather new you may try droping it down a notch in a week or two.
On the otherhand, some need that little extra voltage and you may have to up the vcore a little more, themperatures are good so you have no problem there.
2. HAve you upped the chipset and/or memory controler voltage. Try upping easn one seperately to see if you can find just what needs the boost.

thanks man i'll give it a try i have had the cpu for about a year so newness is not a problem, i tried upping the memory but it really did no good so i will go after the chipset

thats realy good for a 4000, i heard those dont OC real easily so for you getting it just shy of 3ghz is pretty shweet.

no overvolt options on my board man i'll try updating the bios to see if i get them that way
Still having same prob 2.947 gighz is all i can get stable.
