HELP! CPU became unstable out of no where!

What happened?
Recently I just decided to run Prime95 again and I got BSOD! I didnt even update the BIOS! Im not sure whats the porblem Last time I ran Prime 95 for 1 hour and it was fine! Now all of a sudden my CPU just gets BSOD! I recently Just changed the fan setting to "Optimzied" In bios setting on my mobo and all of a sudden I got this! Idk Why! I Reset defaults on my mobo, And set tthe OC back to its changes, Now Prime 95 makes it past Test 4 but around test 5 it now crashs! (~15 mins in) The vcore was 1.36 But then I cahnged it to 1.37 But still no hope! I had this OC for about 3 weeks, It was stable But of no where, It became Unstable. Any one know why?




operating system:
OS; Win7 64bit
Mobo: Rampage IV extreme
CPU: 3930k
PSU: TX850V2 CORSAIR
RAM: 3x4gb G.SKILL 9-9-9-24 1600MHz
Cooler:Corsair H100 (Push/pull) (I get around 78C When on full load)
GPU: Asus GTX 670 DCII edition

I cant seem To boot up the image I got the windows file But doesnt seem to work no .exe file

Did you burn it to a CD or DVD? After doing that, boot off the CD or DVD smile.gif

It's well proven that chips have a small initial degrade period. I have read much about this, but I can't find the threads. It usually is right about where you said it went to unstable too, some 3 weeks in.

Hopefully someone can chime in on this more.

you define stable as passing prime for one hour without errors others 12 hrs. i for one go by 12 hrs.
