Other than that, good build. Note that the samsung RAM is best if you overclock it.

reusing HDD, DVD-burner, Case?

Are you sure about the PSU being overkill. I used one of those online PSU wattage calculators and it said that I need it to be around 612w. That is why I picked this one.

Yes. I am. Online calculators take into account you might purchase a crap power supply that lies about the power rating it can actually deliver or are trying to sell larger power supplies. Use Phaedrus' power calculator in the PSU forum if you don't believe me.

450w is plenty for pretty much any intel CPU + single GPU.
