I have a corsair vengeance 9-9-9-24 1600mhz and overclocked to 2133 with 11-12-12-30-cr1 @ 1.65v

What can I do to improve timmings?

You've done pretty well just getting them to 2133Mhz, Corsair sometimes bins the mid range memory kits tight enough they don't OC much at all. Might be able to tighten the timings a bit with more voltage, depends what you're comfortable with, there wouldn't be much noticeable difference outside of benchmarks. More voltage is OK for short periods at least, I tend to stick with 1.65V or so for 24/7 & turn it up just when benching.
Maybe run some maxxmem, aida64 or sandra there to see how it does, drop to 1866 & try tighter timings, see how that compares, etc. & go with what gives the better performance.

I'll try that speed and lower timings and see the better performance
