Looking for Mechanical with these specs, K90 best candidate until now

Hello guys, been trying to find a keyboard for the past few days to replace my Saitek Eclipse III, but am having a hard time to find the best candidate. If you could please help me out here I'd greatly appreciate it. Basically am looking for a keyboard with the following specs:

1) Mechincal Keyboard (Red/brown preferably. I know the K90 is not 100% full mechanical, do not know if that will be an issue or not.) - Quite a bit of gaming + typing
2) Backlit
3) Macro Keys (The more the merrier)
4) Multimedia Keys
5) Preferable under $160

Thanks in advance!

If you're looking for macro keys, it's hard to recommend anything other than the K90. The Razer Blackwidow is somewhat cheaper, but it's infamous for its build quality around these parts, and I'm not sure it comes with Red switches.

That being said, the K90 has gotten some pretty bad reviews. Not sure what you need macro keys for, but consider getting a Corsair M90 mouse (13 programmable buttons) for those instead, and a fully mechanical backlit keyboard like Ducky Shine. You may find you'll like that setup more.

I use the Macro keys for gaming. I bought a Cyborg M.M.O 7 a few months back and using all the thumb buttons (11) during gaming, but still require a bit more (trying to enter competitive DotA 2 scene). I've read a few reviews about the K90 the only issue they had was that they Fn keys and media were not mechanical, and the wrist rest was not as good. Were there any other issues that I didnt read about?

The black widow is a good candidate but it (only) has 5 macro..

Some people have complained about the backlighting randomly going off on some keys, but yeah, I haven't seen a mechanical keyboard with as many macro keys as the K90 has.

+1 for Storm Trigger though.
