Yep, they are the same.

Awesome! Now I will get some cool UV Blue connectors and then sleeve the cables in UV Blue PET...should look fantastic!

Ok, new question. How many 3-pin fans can I connect to a single 4-pin fan header on my Mobo? I am almost sure I can do 2. I have 4 chassis fan headers on the Mobo. If I can double up then 8 fans, I would like to use 10 so I am wondering if I can triple the fans up on one r two of the 4-pin headers. I know I could add a fan controller but don't really want to go there. Thoughts?

It depends on the MB... but in general, rule of thumb is to keep it under 1 amp per fan header. Any more than that could blow out the fan header. Some Mfgs list the max amount in the manual, others you will need to contact C/S or T/S to get the real number.
