How are you finding your res is holding up? Any sign of warping on the top at all?

It's been slightly off since day one. As Martin (martin's liquid lab) points out, it has no effect on the function.

i have a question about your routing...why do you have it going radiator to radiator? I am only asking because I am thinking of doing a setup like yours accept I have a switch 810. But wouldn't it be better to go from pump to cpu block to radiator to gpu blocks to radiator back to reservoir?

Nope. Coolant temperature stays fairly constant throughout the loop.
